Masia documented and cataloged from year 1490. Considered a historic well, located in Pla de l'Estany, Girona.
It has the main house and a small house for workers.
The main house has three floors. The ground floor and 1st floor have an area of 486m2 each and the 2nd floor has 150m2. In totalapproximately 1,000m2 constructed and 2,000m2 of land.
It has two defensive towers, one circular and one rectangular. Doors with large stone frames, stone staircase of 2 meters wide. In the main entrance there are large windows with Gothic elements. Walls of high quality gray stone.
Walled courtyards. Water well within one of the towers.
Has been emptied inside for safety.
Very sunny, surrounded by nature, with good communication to Barcelona and Girona and half an hour from the beach.
